Petrol increases again.....

SINGAPORE, 30 AUGUST 2005 - Pump prices at Shell stations will be increased by nine (9) cents for Shell Formula 98, Shell Formula 95 and Shell Formula 92; six (6) cents for Shell V-Power; and five (5) cents for Shell Diesel. The adjustments will be effective from 1.00pm today.
Internationally traded finished product prices have continued to increase significantly, placing continuous pressure on the industry. Shell has held off passing on this increase in product costs for as long as we could, but we have to do so now.

Shell remains committed to being price competitive and offering attractive promotions which will give customers the best overall package of price, value, quality products and service. Customers continue to enjoy the current prevailing site discount* of 10% on petrol and diesel, plus Shell Escape points on the nett fuel purchases at our 70 stations island-wide. Motorists may check the nett prices (after discount) they can expect to pay for both petrol and diesel at the price signs located at all our stations and on our website
