yesterday was swift. reach bugis at abt 720pm. oh my..alot of cars. wonder y te traffic was so congested last nite. I took te ECP and it seems to b slightly congested near alexandra side but is better went travelling to keppel and rocher.
Think realli practise makes perfect, and i am glad tat my dd had made my dreams come tru now...if it comes later, i realli would not hav te courage to drive as my skills is getting rusty each yr...at least now is better, cos i am young, still hav some courage haha...

Coming home is a swift one too....i took off at 930 frm bugis and managed to get home at 10pm. well, at a cruising speed of 60-70kpm...took te north bridge rd ->keppel->AYE route and exit frm north bouna vista rd haha...had to travel at 80kpm on AYE but always keeping it abt tat speed..not more than 90 cos ivan say will strain the engine which is a NO NO for a new car.

Parking now seems slightly easy cos i now more confident to park in between those cars but of cos sometimes i would not do te vertical parking and just drive the car in instead cos i need to rush for time.

I bought 2 small green turtles and put inside sunshine yesterday...2 for 4 bucks...beri cute...will take te pics and post it soon.

Looking forward to sun cos is another day to pong pong sunshine...hopefully i can switch to the sheltered carpark soon..next week....else poor sunshine..

wat a day. yesterday i went to put something in sunshine, realise tat the battery is flat...panick siah....cos first time leh...dun noe wat to do...sms my dd, ivan and jy to help

heng...aftr wk my dd help me to get it started..heng heng...then hor.....i drive him bk leh...first time haha...so fun...

now must rem to switch off everything before i get out of sunshine

well well, we went to telok blangah hill park to bath sunshine. this is his first bath since he came bk frm the service centre. oh boy..he is so dirty. was told by sheryl ( my beautian) that first mth cannot use soap so we only clean him with water.Although sunshine is rather small in size, but cleaning him isnt easy cos he is beri beri dirty..after raining a few days ago..the mud seens to be ermmm..added i park him under the tree so all te raintree things all on his windscreen..grrhhh...yuck yuck

after we clean him, we went to suntec again haha...to get a vaccum cleaner for only 16.90....and boxes of tissue. Oh yes, we DIY a board so tat we can put ontop of the boot...we managed to buy a wooden plank and saw into the exact size we want, wrap it with the ironing board cloth and my bf made 2 handle like plastic holder so tat we can easily slide in the board...it looks realli gd

sob sob..grrrhhh...it is raining again...so heavily when we came bk..this time we took te AYE road and to north BV and to my house...not te alexandra way...well....heeheee a new route taken together with sunshine

Oh ya...we also bought a street directory liao..decided not to change the season parking for this mth cos is too troublesome..furthermore, next week i also not free to go chge, tomb sweep and follow by the next following week we need to get something for our friend wedding..so sunshine goin to Fort Canning soon haha....

well, as promise, there are some of te pic of sunshine taken at Taka carpark. today is slightly more zai liao..plus some coaching frm my beautian sheryl. she say sunshine is beri swee...so happy haha...and te color gd..she taught me how to do vertical parking lor so i come bk my parking skill improve liao haha

hopefully it stays this way. i came bk with a full tank of shell 98 petrol ->$29.90 (left slightly lower than 1/2 tank full before top up...) i think should b quite reasonable for this price

Here are some tips from sheryl
1. dun always step on the accelerator...must step liao then release..no strength liao then step...else te FC beri high cos te petrol constantly go to te engine

2. first mth dun use soap to wash car. water will do. to protect the color

3. Must check break after 1.5 yrs..

4. polish te car once in a while. can do in JB...cheaper

5. millege must take note each time u hav full tank in order to see if yur car eats alot of petrol anot.

hmmm..think tats abt all lah

Oh ya...DUN PARK yur CAR at TAKA...cos is super ex...i park from 930 to 2 ->$16.90 ..which is very ridiculous..think next time park else where liao..furthermore is public holiday...siao one these ppl

grrrhhh...got my pica 2 days liao ...yesterday i bring sunshine to bugis leh..goin there is ok..but coming bk hor...i nearly lang ga leh...so hor...i want to go to the right lane but alot of cars leh...i signal liao..see no car but all of te sudden a white car ( those "pi pi" kindof car)...came along...then horn me beri xiong..his gf inside te car stare at me until eyes big big leh....is a ahbeng inside i think..cos te girl looks so lian....i even say sorry..put on te sorry gesture liao leh....

so sad.........is it cos i long time no drive liao so skills not so gd?? besides i already lost my way home...cos frm my house to bugis i noe..but frm bugis to my house i dun noe yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy like tat????????

well, tot of creating this blog to record down our adventure together with our picanto.

Our SE....
22 Mar 2005 marks the day tat begin my life and picanto together. we went to the jurong service centre with Ivan (our SE) to collect him. On te way we chatted, haha..realise tat we all came frm te same poly, later me n him frm sim as well haha...he is rather a nice guy ...if not for him, i think i wont b getting our car so soon.

xxxx seems to be a gd no. thats wat everyone says. haha...now there is 2 pairs of no i need to buy for 4D liao..haha.....

First Destination...
Jurong IMM is our first destination , we drove our way to IMM for dinner cos is free parking over there and we hab not buy any parking coupons. miss te turn and ended up in AYE..but luckily we managed to exit frm AYe and head to our destination.

First Parking and Driving experience...
Driving on the road seems ok for me as long as i get use to the car control. able to drive at 50-60 km now. rather smooth with no gerkings....Parking is te more serious problem for me cos my parking skills is abit rusty now...although my skills is rather gd during the learning days..but too long after i stop driving...must practise...in order to b perfect. haha...
